Dialogue with young people: "Thai Nguyen Youth - Aspiration and Dedication"

Thai Nguyen has been and will continue to create favorable conditions for the Youth Career. It was emphasized by Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, at the Dialogue with 250 delegates representing more than 303,000 young people in the province, on the morning of November 30. 

Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and with 250 delegates representing more than 303,000 young people, attended the Dialogue.

Mr. Duong Van Tien, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; Mr. Bui Van Luong, Chairman of Pho Yen City People's Committee; leaders of provincial departments and agencies also attended the Dialogue.

With the topic "Thai Nguyen Youth - Aspiration and Dedication", the Dialogue took place in an open atmosphere. At the Dialogue, the youth union members expressed their opinions and ideas such as policies on developing high-quality human resources, career opportunities, jobs in industrial zones; strategic orientation of the sustainable employment. 

Besides, they adviced ideas on solutions to support young people in capital and land, especially rural youth union members; solutions to improve the training quality for young people in digital transformation; policies to attract high-quality human resources; problem of school violence…

The Chairman and leaders of Departments and Branches directly answered the questions which were given at the Dialogue. 

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, listens to the needs and concerns of the youth.

Regarding the start-up policy, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that Thai Nguyen has been and will continue to create favorable conditions for the youth career. He desires to have more successful youth start-up models, contributing to the development of all economic sectors, especially the private sector, and becoming an important driving force to promote the province's socio-economic development.

He emphasized that the force of youth union members is the core and plays an important role in promoting digital transformation in all fields toward building e-government. Therefore, young people need to equip themselves with digital skills, guiding and supporting people to use digital technology; grasp the trend to develop e-commerce. In addition, the province will always create conditions to support and accompany young people in digital transformation.

The Chairman presented gifts to youth union members under challenging circumstances.

He wished that the young generation of the province would continue to devote their youth and intelligence to the construction of the homeland and the country. 

He presented 20 gifts for pupils, students, and workers who are ethnic minority people in difficult circumstances.

Thai Nguyen Department of Home Affairs and Provincial Youth Union signed a cooperation agreement.

At the end of the Dialogue, the Provincial Youth Union and the Department of Home Affairs signed a cooperation agreement to effectively implement the guidelines and policies of the Party and State for youth work in the period 2022 - 2026.
