Connecting enrollment - training - recruitment ecosystem

On April 15, the University of Agriculture and Forestry (Thai Nguyen University) held a conference to connect the enrollment - training - recruitment linkage ecosystem, with the participation of continuing education centers, vocational training centers, intermediate and college-level schools, as well as enterprises and partners of the university.

The event featured many key topics, including an assessment of the current status of training linkages, identifying gaps and the need for innovation; presentations on solutions for applying technology in training management; the introduction of a program offering 100% tuition support and paid job placement during and after the training process; and exchanges and discussions among participating units.

Through the conference, delegates focused on clarifying the need to strengthen connections between training institutions and businesses, and proposed solutions to enhance linkages in admissions, training, and labor utilization, aiming to build a close cooperation ecosystem that meets workforce demands in the new period.

Within the framework of the program, representatives of the participating units conducted a cooperation signing ceremony, creating a foundation to expand training partnerships, improve human resource quality, and increase employment opportunities for learners.
