La Bang is rich in historical and cultural traditions. It is the birthplace of the first Communist Party Cell in Thai Nguyen.
Known as one of Thai Nguyen province’s five most renowned tea-growing regions, La Bang has in recent years developed tourism in a sustainable manner, closely linked with preserving and promoting traditional cultural values, particularly by enhancing the value of tea products. Many experiential and community-based tourism models have gradually been established, attracting an increasing number of domestic and international visitors.
Through the 2026 Tourism Season program, the locality aims to introduce its signature products, such as green tea, tea-based processed products, and local cultural experiences, contributing to the development of the tourism economy.
